| Details: | Our Beginning “Super Star” Gymnastics Classes Upstairs are 45 minutes and split into 5-6 sections.
1.) Cardio around the cones for 5 minutes
2.) 5-10 minute stretch/conditioning/strength
3.) Then we we have one-two 10-15 minute circuits on 4-5 Olympic Events: Vault, Bars, Rings, Beam & Floor
4.) After that they we have skills testing the last 5 minutes to see if anyone is ready to Level Up.
Sometimes the order of class may vary.
5.) At the end of the class they are given stickers & stamps.
Equipment is cleaned after classes, at the end of each day.
Class ratio is 5-6 kids per coach.
