| Details: | Join yoga teacher Amy Baack for a Donation Yoga flow at San Diego's beautiful Sunset Cliffs every Saturday morning 9-10 am!
This is an accessible all-levels Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome! It's the perfect balance of feel-good stretching and strengthening.
Bring a yoga mat, a towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty), jacket, and water.
Meet right at the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St (there's lots of free street parking in the area).
