| Details: | The Fundamentals of Mediation is a 40-hour in-person training program hosted by UC Law San Francisco’s Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. Participants learn mediation theory, communication strategies, ethical considerations, and practical mediation techniques through interactive lectures, simulations, and role-play exercises. The course includes coaching from professional mediators and covers all phases of mediation from opening statements to settlement agreements. It is designed for attorneys, professionals, and anyone working in conflict resolution and includes optional MCLE credit and a certificate of completion.
