Join Open Kitchen’s Chef de Cuisine Erica Tai and plan a culinary escape to the blue skies, ocean waves and delicious cuisine of the rainbow state! In this class, we will start off with the favorite Hawaiian-style Poke with Tuna and introduce you to Huli Huli Chicken, which means “turning” in Hawaiian. Driving through the surfing heaven of north shore Hawaii, you smell the delicious Huli Huli chicken and garlic shrimp from the food trucks along the way! We will share with you the recipe and techniques to make the perfect, delicious Hawaiian dishes in this class. |
