| Details: | The Feldenkrais Method of somatic education:
1. cultivates awareness of our bodies the habits we have, and
2. teaches us how to move with greater efficiency and ease.
This learning process enables us to feel better in our bodies and improves our movement overall. During the class, the instructor verbally guides everyone through a series of gentle, novel movements.
Please bring your own yoga mat. No pre-registration required.
