Sassella has partnered with Spinning Plates Group to deliver 40 lunches a day to the Covid 19 unit of first responders at Christus St. Vincent hospital.
Here is where you come in. We would like to continue to make 40 deliveries six days a week for as long as it is needed. But we need your help to do it We will do this as long as we have funding. To date Sassella has delivered over 3,000 lunches since we started the program in April, 2020.
Lunches are $18 each that includes tax and a 20% gratuity for the drivers that are delivering the meals

During these challenging times, we at Sassella and Spinning Plates Group believe in doing our part for our community. First responders at hospitals are today’s unsung heroes. Nurses, doctors and technicians are working under extremely stressful circumstances and are putting themselves in harm’s way each and every day. Nowhere is this more evident than at the Covid 19 response unit at Christus St. Vincent hospital. They are working long hours and frequently without the time or means to nourish themselves.
