In this exhibition, we are delighted to showcase a dynamic selection of contemporary prints from our museum’s collection, highlighting printmaking’s creative breadth and technical innovation. From traditional to experimental methods, these works reflect the diverse possibilities of the printmaking process as an evolving art form. Each piece serves as a unique dialogue between artist, technique, and material, offering insights into the contemporary world while pushing the boundaries of traditional print media. As we celebrate these exceptional works, we are reminded of the importance of expanding our collection space. This show was born from a need to adjust the arrangement of our collection storage to better accommodate our existing collection. The need to grow and diversify the collection is essential for preserving the rich history and future trajectory of printmaking. By enriching our holdings with new acquisitions, we ensure that future generations will be able to engage with the ever-evolving language of contemporary art.
