Yes, Springfield runners, a regular Saturday morning run is here for you. Open to all. Show +GO - led by Chris Farrar and Bill Thompson as available - otherwise dealer's choice.

Get bored running on your own? Wish you had a Saturday morning option to run with others that share your love of the Sat am run? Then this is for YOU!

The plan is to leave from the front steps of Springfield Brewing Company, (305 S. Market Ave, 65806) at 7:01am every Saturday.
Plan to run however many miles and at the pace of your choosing. Need a long run? Or just a few short recovery miles? Plan what you need around what the group is doing, for as long as you want to run with them - and then peel off if you need to. Hopefully, it will be fun!

There is unlimited parking that is free, well-lit, safe and covered in the City's multi-story parking garage across the street from SBC (the NE corner of Market Ave and McDaniel Street - enter lot heading north up Campbell). (See pic for directions on that in the discussion page.) If you just can't bring yourself to park in the garage - there are 3 SBC parking lots - but try not to interfere with early morning deliveries immediately adjacent to SBC in the Market Ave lot, or with SBC customers generally who will soon be wanting to park close for their own hydration and nutrition needs! (Oh and on that note - SBC opens to help you with those issues after you run at 11am on Saturdays!)
