| Details: | In this monthly class, you will be guided through a meditation and given space to journal as well as discuss your experience. Meditations will be based on shadow work and learning about aspects of ourselves. This will be a supportive space to dive in and focus on intentional introspection. The meditation has no set theme and will be different each month.
All levels of experience are welcome. Class is $20 and takes place on the First Friday of every month from 6pm-7:30pm.
Witch of the Wood’s classes will be online until the current pandemic climate improves.
Please Register for class then submit your payment through paypal.me/WitchoftheWoods with the name of the class.
Once payment is received, you will be emailed the link to join us the day of class.
When showing up for class please bring water, a journal, and a pen(cil). A blanket, pillow, and nonrestrictive clothing may make the experience more comfortable. |
