| Details: | In lieu of in-person Miracle Sports, this season in partnership with the City of Tallahassee Parks Recreation and Neighborhood Affairs, we are offering more variety and personalized experiences with small group virtual sessions with a variety of coaches. Sessions have limited slots and will be offered via Zoom.
Improve your fitness from the comfort of your own home! Join Coach Cassidy for interactive fitness classes. We'll work on our strength and endurance, play some games, and have a lot of fun. All sessions will be adapted so EVERYONE can join in!
