Heal your energetic field!
Start with a Sage Cleansing, grounding meditation, Throat Chakra Activation, then move through a guided Chakra Healing Meditation to cleanse the body and revitalize, uplift, balance and align your energetic field, aura, chakras and physical body. Short break and then a Sound Healing experience with 7 crystal singing bowls and Koshi Chimes to calm the nervous system, raise your vibration and heal your energies, mind and body. Conclude with Journaling, Sharing if desired, questions and burning what youd like to release. Take what you like and leave the rest.
