Look for the Ventnor Fishing Pier landmark.
We practice on the beach to the left of the pier.
Parking Facilities:
Parking: Free street parking available. Early morning makes it easy to find a spot.
Restrooms: Public bathrooms are available on the pier.
What to Bring:
Towel\/Blanket: A big beach towel or blanket to practice on.
Water: Stay hydrated!
Sunscreen: Protect your skin.
Bug Spray: Just in case.
Clothing: Comfortable attire you dont mind getting a little sandy.

Class Description: ALL-LEVELS YOGA
This class is a blend of gentle yoga and a smooth vinyasa flow. We'll start slow with deep, stretchy movements to ease into the practice, then gradually build into a flow that gets your body moving in ways that feel good. It's truly an all-levels class the most important thing is to listen to your body and do what you can. Even if that simply means sitting on your mat and soaking in the energy, thats perfect too.
After class, youll feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and recharged.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're welcome here. Every yoga teacher brings their own magic, and what makes Mary's class special is how she guides you to connect with your body on an energetic level. Youll leave feeling deeply in tune with your TRUE VIBE your authentic self.
