| Details: | Spirit circles were the jam at Ascension Nxt for years. I really enjoyed holding space and taking people through guided meditations while teaching them intuitive development.
As always we need an upgrade and Ive been called to up the ante and incorporate sound into my Spirit Circles, I guess you can say this will be a Spirit Circle 2.0!
So Ive decided to call these Spirit and Sound Journeys. I invested in some new sound equipment and everyone is loving the acoustics of the space as well as the company of good people.
Why are sound healings so FN awesome and why are they a great investment for your mental, emotional, and spiritual well being? Well first off they are relaxing and one of the best ways to get in a meditative state. I hear people use the excuse all the time I cant meditate.
Umm everyone can, but everyone is different and most people just need to be in a group with accountability. Removing yourself from the worries, woes, and stress of the day will help you become more mindful, relaxed, and perform better all around. Coming to events like this is a game changer!

These are just a few examples of how sound healings can help! Here at Ascension Nxt we will be hosting around 2 sound healings a month, some will be themed, meaning connected to certain frequencies for clearing and others will be what they need to be.
