| Description: |
This person will serve as a liaison between our on-line customers and our retail unit. This person must display a positive attitude toward the Company and its policies. This position requires exemplary customer service skills, telephone skills, personal sales skills, time management skills, problem solving skills and an Intimate knowledge of firearms and the shooting sports/hunting industry. This position requires a self starter who is highly motivated, dependable and detail oriented. This person needs the ability to work both autonomously and within a team while managing and growing our customer relationships.
Application Requirements:
• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Good product knowledge in Firearms and current market demand
• Knowledge of local, state and federal firearms laws
• Good knowledge of shooting sports and hunting industry inclusive of a basic archery knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with WORD, EXCEL, MICROSOFT OUTLOOK and use of the internet
• Digital Camera Skills including image post processing w/ Photoshop & ACDSee Pro (preferred)
• Video Capture and upload via Apple iPod and/or Apple products (preferred)
• Basic HTML skills
• Ability to manage internet auction sales
• Must be comfortable with multi-tasking
Responsibilities Include:
• Answering incoming calls in Shooting Sports Department
• Processing incoming e-mail
• Maintaining and updating customer Federal Firearms License database
• Processing outgoing Firearm transfers
• Telephone and internet sales
• Digital photography of used Firearms upon customer request
• Process incoming mail orders, holds and payments for the Shooting Sports Department
• Periodic updates of used Firearms website
