||We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team! This position requires great attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment. We're seeking a self-motivated problem-solver who will move quickly to address problems before they arise.
•Provide day-to-day administrative support the leadership team, including travel support, calendar management, expense reporting and processing as well as scheduling of founder, consultant/collaborator, and other business meetings.
•Maintain the company calendar, including all internal standing meetings, 1:1s, project teams, and all-company meetings.
•Assist in recruiting by scheduling interviews and making travel arrangements for candidates in collaboration with our staffing consultant and hiring manager(s).
•Act as the first point of contact by greeting guests, answering phones, handling inbound inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail to employees.
•On a weekly basis, order and receive kitchen grocery and lunch orders.
•Act as hub for preparation of domestic and international shipments on a daily basis, including airway bills, international customs clearance, commercial invoices, and hazardous materials documentation
•At least 2 plus years administrative experienced in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a start-up environment.
•Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver on the most critical assignments on time.
•Must have a positive "can do" attitude, be a consummate team player, and show excellent judgment.
•Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•High attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task.
