|We are currently in the need of an HR Admin., who can work with the following schedule, adhere to the following skills and abilities:
MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY FROM 12PM-6PM
THURSDAYS FROM 2PM-8PM
FRIDAYS FROM 12PM - 5PM
This schedule could be slightly adjusted for the right candidate.
Skills and abilities:
Ability to read, write and speak English
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of Payroll
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft office
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Willingness to take on new tasks and challenges
Flexible and willing to learn
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer HR-related documentation
Document employee actions, e.g., new hires, terminations, changes in job classification, etc.
Prepare correspondence and reports, e.g., emails, memos, HR reports
Track time and attendance
Assist in new hire process
Coordinate post-offer screenings
Duties may include reassignment to alter operational areas as business needs require.
