Supplier Quality Engineer Basic Qualifications:
• All Travel Expenses compensated [Air/Car/Hotel/Meal Per Diem, etc..]
• 5-8+ years experience-Bachelor's Degree of equivalent and experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proficient technical expertise and application domain knowledge
• ASQ certification or Black Belt preferred
• Proficient with ISO Standards, 6 Sigma tools, statistics
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and writing skills
• Ability to define problems and drive root cause and effective corrective action
• Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering including: Supplier Auditing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier monitoring using Supplier score cards, PPAP Preferred, First Article Inspection
• Experience with ISO9001 auditing; AS9100 auditing is preferred
• Competent in problem solving tools; Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, DMAIC, 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification is desired
• Commodities: Commercial mechanical products,
