||The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall front office activities and people operations including managing the reception area, ordering all office supplies, handling all the mail and managing the general facility cleanliness. Additionally, you will greet guests and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, arrange meetings including the meeting space, supervise the maintenance of office equipment, negotiate best rates and order office food and supplies, manage all the incoming office Helpdesk requests, and handle expense reports. The ideal candidate must have some experience in office setting, excellent project management skills, strong communication skills both verbal and written, critical thinking skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. As the office manager you create and maintain a pleasant work environment ensuring high levels of organization effectiveness, communication and safety.
This role can pay up to $30/hour depending on skills and experience and consists of a Monday through Friday schedule. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
