Working under the supervision and direction of the Corporate Communications Manager and other managers, serves as the "face and voice" of the company ensuring callers and visitors, both external and internal, receive quality customer service. Proactively seeks work when other assigned tasks are completed and strives to meet or exceed expectations of internal and external customers. Given the high visibility of the position, maintains professional attire, attitude and behaviors.
Job Specification:
This is a junior level administrative position.
Must possess strong computer and internet skills; demonstrated ability to create/prepare documents in various Microsoft Office products
Strong data entry skills needed for database management
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment a plus
Strong interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required
