|Responsibilities include: managing staff members throughout their shifts and providing them with constructive feedback, training, scheduling and motivating staff, and organizing and planning nightly reservations. We seek someone who is a self-starter, and who is passionate about food, wine, craft beer, craft cocktails and service. Candidates must have a minimum of four years hospitality experience with at least one year of management experience. A degree in hospitality management is a plus but not necessary.
