Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, the goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day to day operations for regional sales team with responsibility up to $500M
• Manage team of District Managers within set geography
• Responsible for sales goal and targets within set geography • Drive operating plan and manage team within the area.
• Maintain and build ongoing KPIs and responsibility for cadence and inspection of personnel and processes
• Attains team revenue and margin targets
• Ensures brand values are maintained
• Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members
• Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
Essential Requirements
• 10+ years relevant sales experience
• 5+ team leadership experience is required with ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the region |
