We are looking for a motivated individual that wants to get their foot in the door at a very busy, high volume restaurant. Our current needs are to hire someone that is interested in working a mixture of the following positions (with a main focus being the door position) :
-Door; checking ID's for validity, monitoring capacity, assisting with seating and wait lists, and keeping an eye on guest's intoxication levels. (Hourly rate)
-Expediting food; keeping order tickets organized, hand delivering food items to correct areas, helping with delivery of drinks from the bar to tables, assisting with bussing tables and keeping service areas clean and stocked. (Hourly rate + tips)
-Barbacking; assisting with keeping the bar well stocked during service, aiding with requests from bartenders in the moment, staying organized and efficient with multiple tasks at once, helping to clear and buss bar areas as well as tables, helping with running food and drinks, changing kegs, re-stocking the bar, cleaning and closing down of bar stations at the end of the night. (Hourly rate + tips) |
