Answer phones in a positive professional manner, Give information to callers, Register students in school for the different programs offered, Handling emails, Filing documents, Cash management, Get transcripts and certificates ready for graduation, Maintain inventory of office supplies and responsible for maintenance of office equipment. The job entails administrative work, marketing for the school and admissions as well. Excellent word processing and data entry skills and knowledge of PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be accurate, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to perform in a deadline-oriented environment, prioritizing on a daily basis. Ability to work independently. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The suitable candidate will be trained . Must have a high school diploma, previous experience will be a plus.
