Description: |
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of up to 20 administrative professionals
•Maintain a high level of discretion
•Redevelop staffing model to ensure clear reporting structure within the organization
•Lead the administrative staff with a clear strategy and communication style
•Implement plans to allow direct reports to manage their teams efficiently and similarly across the board
•Act as a strong leader within the organization, working closely with other firm executives to streamline administrative practices
•Set the example for administrative managers in giving and receiving feedback. Create a culture where feedback drives the team toward shared success
•Identify and spearhead annual goals, providing clear paths to success if followed effectively
•Work with partners to develop plans to address developing needs or anticipated needs in the future
•Partner with and coach direct reports to similarly foster a collaborative culture on efficiently-run teams
•Work closely with upper management to ensure their administrative needs are being met on all levels and strategize accordingly
•Hold regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports, and train direct reports on best practices for one-on-one meetings for their administrative teams
•Hold staff meetings for administrative professionals within the organization
•Complete independent projects regarding administrative strategy and team building efforts
•Represent the administrative functions within the organization with impeccable leadership skills and innovative thinking, setting an example for the administrative professionals in the organization, as well as the entire firm
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree
•Proven experience leading a team and being a driving force in company success
•Ability to prioritize management responsibilities and individual projects, while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism
•Incredible sound communication skills
•Strong project management experience
•Ability to hire, train, manage, incentivize, and retain administrative staff
