Professional West African drummers Mike Rinker and Lucy Tresise are returning to provide you with root chakra grounding music as you hold restorative postures for minutes at a time. A restorative yoga practice is another method of training the body to rest, reduce stress hormones, and recover by comforting the body in poses close to the ground. $30 Bring blankets and pillows!!
