Details: | The skills learned in our 30-hour yoga trapeze teacher training will give you the confidence & knowledge needed to start teaching right away. Not interested in teaching? That's ok! Our training can be taken to build a strong foundational understanding of anatomy to synergistically improve your mat yoga and yoga trapeze practices.
The yoga trapeze builds grip strength, upper body strength, and core strength. It's an effective tool to strengthen the whole posterior chain while improving full body flexibility and joint mobility.
The training dates are:
Friday December 1st 5-9p
Sat. 12/2 -12-4p
Sun.12/3- 12-4p
Thurs. 12/7, 5-9p
Sat 12/9 12-4p
Monday 12/11- 5-9p
In addition to our hands on trainings participants must take 6 Yoga Trapeze classes with us for observation. The observation classes can be completed during or after the hands on trainings.

We're a YACEP and a RYS 200! This program qualifies for 30 hours of continuing education with the YA to maintain your RYT status.
