Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern who will assist the Global HRIS team with projects associated with the roll-out of our new Global HR Systems platform. The projects will include gathering reporting requirements, documenting new HR processes, creating end user training material, and testing the new HR platform.
This internship will provide a great opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of HRIS design and system implementation in a global context. The ideal incumbent will have knowledge of HR systems and data management, as well as a general understanding of HR processes across the different HR functions.
Responsibilities
• Support gathering and compiling reporting requirements from the global HR community and help standardize the reporting format globally
• Assist with creating and updating documentation around our future procedures around data management, including how HR data is defined and should be used going forward
• Create training material to support HR, Managers and Employees for the roll-out of the new platform
• Assist with the testing of the new processes, workflows and overall system functionality
• Analyze data from various HR sources to ensure proper formatting and integrity in the new system
Required Qualifications
• Current graduate student within the area of Human Resources or similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and previous experience with analyzing, reporting and presenting data
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Treat highly confidential information with utmost integrity
• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ERP is a plus
