Are you an experienced and commercially astute Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record in managing and delivering medium to large scale projects to blue chip Clients across a diverse range of sectors? And do you have a particular passion for negotiation?
If so, then the role of Management Consultant at The Gap Partnership could be for you.
The key focus of this exciting and dynamic role is to develop, sell and deliver negotiation Consulting to our Clients to the highest professional standards. As part of this the successful candidate will also make a significant contribution to the development and growth of our overall Consulting proposition - driving innovation and new solutions, building expertise and creating intellectual property. The role is both client and internal facing, so the ability to devise appropriate communication and management strategies for different stakeholders is essential.
This role will suit a vibrant, intelligent, quick thinking individual with high EQ. They will be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team with their charisma, energy, ambition and capability. Focused on results and task completion, they will also, crucially, be open to new ways of working and innovation.
In return we can offer a very competitive package including performance related annual bonus. The location is flexible as the position is remote with travel expectations. Travel throughout the US will be a pre-requisite.
