Description:
We have an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant. The position will play an integral role in the daily operations of the company. The individual must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, enjoy being on the phone, and be great with people. Must be an organizational whiz and technology savvy. Do you enjoy talking on the phone, designing and implementing fun mailers/e-mails, assist in video production, event planning, social media marketing, website building, and business to business relationship building? If so, then this may be the perfect job for you!
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as greeting clients, filing, emailing, answering incoming calls, ordering supplies and data entry.
• Processing overflow payoffs, verifications, insurance binders.
• Manage and send monthly snail mailer and email to past client database
• Managing company calendar and scheduling all appointments.
• Communicating with partners and clients outside the organization building rapport.
• Managing and implementing various marketing campaigns including social media.
• Assist in video production and event planning.
• Other general office duties.
**Qualifications**:
• Proficient in using computers and computer systems including Microsoft office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and handle changing of priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Requires considerable accuracy and ability to produce in fast pace environment.
• Creative, progressive thinker able to build rapport and gather information when needed.
• 2 years professional office/assistant experience and at least one year of mortgage experience required.
• Attention to detail critical.
