What if you could use your engineering skills to transform the world of biometric technology? As an electrical engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to developing custom electronic devices for law enforcement and various military branches. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to build technology solutions for our government customers.
Our team builds custom biometric forensic devices used in counter-threat operations. That’s why we need you, an electrical engineer with customer hardware experience. You’ll learn how to build complex, custom electronic devices under the supervision of seasoned industry professionals. You’ll directly impact missions supporting national security. This is a chance to grow your reverse engineering skills while gaining experience in the government contracting space. You Have:
-Experience with soldering, including SMT rework
-Experience with lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, and DVMs
-Experience with troubleshooting circuits
-Experience with mechanical work, including electrical boards
-Experience with micro controllers and interfacing
-Experience with communication protocols, including SPI, I2C, and/or USB
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with Altium, including symbol and footprint creation and library management
-Experience with microcontroller firmware design preferred
-Experience with programming preferred, including C programming for microcontrollers
-Experience with Atmel ARM microcontrollers
-BS degree in EE or Computer Engineering preferred
