The positions open are best fit for someone who wants to add to their existing workload. However workload can be increased to near full-time, based on performance, willingness to travel, and as additional clients are added.
Must be proficient in basic Commercial Handyman repairs including the following:
- Carpentry,
- Basic plumbing,
- Basic electrical,
- Drywall,
- Flooring,
- Basic mechanical (doors, etc.)
- Painting.
Most of the work is relatively easy, typically these are 1 to 3 hour jobs at stores and restaurants in your area. We prefer someone who is familiar with this type of work but please apply if you have the skillset. Work orders are computer based so you MUST have access to a computer, scanner or fax machine. |
